Uluslararası Arenada Güç Dengelerinin Ekonomik-Politik Etkileşimi

Küresel siyaset sahnesi, tarih boyunca devletler arasındaki güç mücadelesinin bir yansıması olarak şekillenmiştir. Bu mücadelenin temel dinamiğini ise ekonomik çıkarlar ile politik stratejilerin iç içe geçmiş etkileşimi oluşturur. Soğuk Savaş'ın sona ermesi ve tek kutuplu dünya düzeninin sorgulanmaya başlamasıyla, bu etkileşim daha karmaşık ve çok boyutlu bir hâl almıştır. Günümüzde yaşanan ticaret savaşları, enerji koridorları üzerindeki nüfuz mücadelesi ve küresel finansal kuruluşlara yönelik reform talepleri, güç dengelerinin ekonomik-politik temellerini anlamadan açıklanamaz. Bu karmaşık ilişkiler ağını çözümlemek için, uluslararası sistemin işleyişine yön veren temel unsurlara ve tarihsel dönüm noktalarına dönmek gerekmektedir.

The global political stage has been shaped throughout history as a reflection of the power struggle among states. The main dynamic of this struggle is formed by the intertwined interaction of economic interests and political strategies. With the end of the Cold War and the questioning of the unipolar world order, this interaction has become more complex and multidimensional. Today’s trade wars, struggles for influence over energy corridors, and demands for reform directed at global financial institutions cannot be explained without understanding the economic-political foundations of power balances. To analyze this complex network of relations, it is necessary to return to the fundamental elements and historical turning points that guide the functioning of the international system.
