Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk (KSS) İşletmeleri, KSS'nin uygulanmasını güçlendirmek için neler yapılabilir?

Kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk dendiğinde insanların aklına yalnızca bir kurumun kendi dinamikleri içerisinde yer alan pazar hakimiyeti, maddi imkanı, rekabet gücü, iletişim ağının genişliği, kültür yapısı, farklılıklara bakışı gibi kurumu yansıtan kavramlar gelebilmektedir.

Çoğu zaman sosyal sorumluluk kavramı, sosyal medyanın da yaratmış olduğu bir algı sebebiyle, sosyal deney veya içerik başlığı altında bir ihtiyaç sahibinin barınma-gıda ihtiyacını karşılamak, barınak ziyaretleri, sokak hayvanlarının beslenmesi gibi noktalar ile sınırlı algılanabilmektedir. Destek verilen bu faaliyetler büyük önem ve değere sahip olmakla birlikte sosyal sorumluluk ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk kavramlarının doğru anlamlarıyla algılanmadığını düşünmekteyim.

Bu makalenin amacı, sosyal sorumluluk kavramını ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk kavramını ayrı ayrı ele alarak aslında ortak bir sonuca ulaşılabileceğinden bahsetmektir.

When corporate social responsibility is mentioned, people often think of concepts that reflect the institution itself, such as market dominance, financial resources, competitive power, the breadth of its communication network, its cultural structure, and its approach to differences, which are all part of the institution's dynamics. Often, due to the perception created by social media, the concept of social responsibility is limited to providing housing and food needs of those in need, shelter visits, or feeding street animals, often under the title of social experiments or content. While these activities are of great importance and value, I believe that the concepts of social responsibility and corporate social responsibility are not always perceived in their correct meanings. The aim of this article is to discuss the concept of social responsibility and corporate social responsibility separately, and how they can actually lead to a common conclusion.
