Anayasa Hukuku Hakkında Volkan Aslan ile Yuvarlak Masa Tartışması

Anayasa mahkemesinin yapısı, işleyişi ve diğer mahkemelerden farkı üzerine duruldu. Mahkemenin denetim yetkisinin kapsamı, yürütme organıyla ilişkisi ve siyasi  baskılarla karşı bağımsızlığı tartışıldı. Ayrıca, Türk hukuk sistemi ile Anglo-Sakson hukuk sisteminin arasındaki farklar hakkında konuşuldu. Son olarak ifade özgürlüğünün sınırları ve toplantı yapma hakkının 2017 anayasal değişikliğinden  sonraki sınırları belirlendi.

The structure and functioning of the Constitutional Court, as well as its distinction from other courts, were discussed. The scope of the Court’s oversight authority, its relationship with the executive branch, and its independence in the face of political pressures were examined. A comparison was also made between the Turkish legal system and Anglo-Saxon law. Finally, the boundaries of freedom of expression and the right to assembly were outlined in the context of the 2017 constitutional amendments.
